Back by popular demand! Join us for our second annual Tastes & Toasts: Rosé Soirée, an evening on The Statehouse Terrace overlooking beautiful Lake Mendota, where we’ll be celebrating a selection of Rosé wines from regions including Italy, France, Spain and the USA. The tasting will feature wine experts to help you discover the notes of each selected varietal and corresponding light bites from Executive Chef Juan Martinez including:
Tomato, Strawberry & White Balsamic Compote, Grilled Crostini
House Cured & Smoked Salmon, Buckwheat Blini, Crème Fraiche & Salmon Caviar
Shrimp Bisque, Ramp Pesto, Summer Black Truffle
Pea Ravioli With Prosciutto Broth & Prosciutto
Duck Confit Arancini, Door County Cherry
House-Made Vanilla, Raspberry & Chocolate Petit Fours
Plan a girls’ night, unique date night or end-of-week gathering with friends and enjoy the sunset, scheduled for 8:35 pm. Attendees will have access to special Rosé pricing on take-home bottles.
